IT ROYALLY SUCKS.
I seriously don’t know how some people do this every day. I have done it for just two weeks and I want to put a Twinkie to my head.
It had to stop.
I returned the Fitbit, put my food scale away and stopped measuring my intake. Don’t get me wrong, I am still concerned about my health, I am just going to do it differently.
As I mentioned in a previous post I am resistant to hard lines and rules. I live how I feel. Now that I know what to look for in food and exercise I feel I have a good handle on what I should eat and will abide by that.
I will still look at packages because that is the only way to see what is hiding in things that may look healthy but, beyond that, I will ease up somewhat.
So, in the end, I suppose it was all worth it and the Twinkie has been put away.
I mean come on, Twinkies are delicious!
